Established in 1990, Volunteers for Palliative Care Inc. has dedicated time and resources to deliver the highest, quality, Volunteer support to people who are facing their ‘end-of-life‘ due to a life limiting illness.
Our Mission is to deliver empathetic Volunteer Support and assistance that, via their intervention, enhances quality of life. The level of care provided, aims to alleviate many challenges on their end-of-life journey, faced by both the person diagnosed with the terminal illness, and their family and loved ones.

Volunteers for Palliative Care are committed to supporting the Maitland Community. The team of specially trained, empathetic and capable Volunteers deliver FREE, non-medical, home-based assistance to ease challenges associated with ‘end-of-life‘.
The Volunteers are dedicated to offering compassionate care and unwavering support for as long as it is needed.
